 | Paul Hirst, PE President Paul Hirst began his engineering career at CRS thirty-four years ago and has since been involved in private and public projects in a wide range of disciplines. He is respected by his peers in the civil engineering profession for his knowledge and understanding of infrastructure, especially within the municipal environment. A skilled negotiator, Mr. Hirst has earned the trust and confidence of his clients while working toward satisfying resolutions. Mr. Hirst is involved in many community and professional activities including Rotary International, ACEC's Peer Review Committee, and the University Of Utah College of Engineering National Advisory Board. He is past president of the Utah Chapter of the American Public Works Association, past president of the American Council of Consulting Engineers (ACEC) and a representative for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers A/E Liaison Committee. Along with helping communities grow successfully, Mr. Hirst enjoys mentoring and teaching young, dedicated engineers. |  | Matt Hirst, PE Chief Operations Officer Mr. Hirst is currently leading the utility and railroad coordination on the Legacy Parkway Phase II project. He has also been a utility design relocation engineer for the Legacy Parkway Design-Build Project and the Shepard Lane Extension Design-Build. These coordination responsibilities included field mapping and identification of all existing utilities, coordination and conflict/design resolution with all types of utility companies, and responsibility for eleven design packages encompassing $11.0 Million of utility relocation activities. Many of these tasks have included extensive negotiation and arbitration with Federal, State and Local agencies including the United States Bureau of Reclamation, Utah Department of Transportation, multiple municipalities, regulated utility companies and private telecommunications providers. |  | Bob Ramsey, PG Administrative Services Officer Bob has more than 30 years of environmental, geologic and engineering consulting experience. He has exceptional analytical, organizational, management and leadership skills. He has proven experience in project/program management and excels at providing exceptional client service. His areas of technical expertise include water resource planning, development and management; water rights; water supply development; water quality; assessment, characterization and clean-up of environmental contamination; regulatory compliance and; planning, design and operational assessment of municipal and industrial waste disposal facilities. Bob regularly consults with government clients at the local, county, state and federal levels. |  | Ben J. Morton , CPA Chief Financial Officer Ben Morton is an operations officer and human resource manager for the firm. He joined CRS in 2006 with a background as a senior accountant and controller for accounting and consulting firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University where he was on the dean's list for several semesters. Ben has an excellent understanding of business operations and is particularly adept in positive communications with the CRS staff. |
