Bob has more than 30 years of environmental, geologic and engineering consulting experience. He has exceptional analytical, organizational, management and leadership skills. He has proven experience in project/program management and excels at providing exceptional client service. His areas of technical expertise include water resource planning, development and management; water rights; water supply development; water quality; assessment, characterization and clean-up of environmental contamination; regulatory compliance and; planning, design and operational assessment of municipal and industrial waste disposal facilities. Bob regularly consults with government clients at the local, county, state and federal levels.
