Byron Colton has ten years of experience in the civil and water resources engineering and surveying fields. His experience has focused on storm water master planning and design, water system master planning, pump station design, hydraulic modeling, construction management/inspection and water rights. Mr. Colton received the American Consulting Engineers Council-Utah 2003 Honor Award for his outstanding design and project management skills.
