Mr. Hirst
is currently leading the utility and railroad coordination on
the Legacy Parkway Phase II project. He has also been a utility
design relocation engineer for the Legacy Parkway Design-Build
Project and the Shepard Lane Extension Design-Build. These
coordination responsibilities included field mapping and
identification of all existing utilities, coordination and
conflict/design resolution with all types of utility companies,
and responsibility for eleven design packages encompassing $11.0
Million of utility relocation activities. Many of these tasks
have included extensive negotiation and arbitration with
Federal, State and Local agencies including the United States
Bureau of Reclamation, Utah Department of Transportation,
multiple municipalities, regulated utility companies and private
telecommunications providers.
