Our team assisted in the implementation and integration of Herriman’s asset management software, Cityworks, with BlueReview to automate 811 utility locate request tickets from BlueStakes of Utah. Both software products are built on the Esri ArcGIS platform. Tasks included transitioning to the use of Esri ArcGIS Online. BlueReview, our sister company, automatically imports each locate ticket from the One-Call Center into Cityworks as a Service Request. With BlueReview, the City can assign, complete, document, upload photos, and digitally archive each 811 ticket via the cloud—with the ability to monitor progress inside Cityworks.
