CRS provided the initial civil engineering plans for the design of the Swire Coca-Cola headquarters located on over 100 acres in Draper, Utah. Design for all grading, drainage, utilities, roadways and paving were all provided, as well as permitting coordination for approvals with local agencies. CRS assisted (in association with Architectural Nexus) to achieve a Silver LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. To accomplish this objective, CRS provided water computer modeling to create detention ponds that were more sustainable and environmentally friendly; a series of dentition ponds that mimic the hydrology of a natural wetland.
