In his current role as Chairman and CEO, Paul is responsible for the overall vision and strategy of the firm. With over 42 years professional experience, Paul is recognized for his leadership in the field of civil engineering.
His work has impacted communities along the Wasatch Front—from Ogden City 5 Million Gallon Water Reservoir to numerous flood control and NRCS projects, and utilities along Legacy Highway to his role as Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District Engineer and former Farmington City Engineer.
Paul received the Civil Engineering Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Utah (2012), was appointed by Utah Governor Gary Herbert to a 4-year term on the State Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors Licensing Board (2014), and is a long-time board member of the College of Engineering National Advisory Council at University of Utah. Paul was awarded the ACEC-Utah 2016 Engineer of the Year Award.
