Matt Hirst, Executive V.P./COO, was named to ENR Mountain States
Magazine 2012 Top 20 Under 40–an annual list recognizing emerging and innovative young professionals in the engineering and construction community.
Matt was recognized for his innovative use of engineering know-how and experience to provide new technology solutions to the industry. He leads the CRS team of IT/CS developers to bring web-based software tools to provide utility management, construction observation, and pavement management applications.
