CRS was part of a design-build team to design the railroad infrastructure for a 380 acre ethanol plant for United Railroad Services. The facility includes direct transload from rail to truck and rail to tank. CRS successfully designed and obtained BNSF and CVRR Shortline approval for this project that ships both manifest and unit trains. This project included 17,300 feet of ladder track and unit train loop, 8 turnouts, and 4 road crossings.
