CRS was contracted by Rock River Resources to design and gain approval from Union Pacific Railroad and BNSF Railway for the construction of a state-of-the-art crude oil terminal; including 77,000 ft. of railway, 32 turnouts, and will cover 400 acres of land. We were also contracted to perform a storm water hydrology and hydraulic study of 5,400 acres of upstream watershed, widening of a highway to 5 lanes, land surveying, design for site work infrastructure, and environmental permitting.
