Farmington High School

Site design for the District’s newest high school which opened August 2018. Design services included:
• Topographic and existing conditions survey and CAD mapping
(50-acre site)
• Boundary survey and 1-acre parcel exchange plat preparation
for siting the seminary building for The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-day Saints
• Traffic study and signalized intersection design at 650 West
Glovers Lane intersection
• Right-of-way research for additional right-of-way to improve
650 West and Glovers Lane
• Roadway improvements design for 650 West and Glovers Lane
across school frontage
• Coordination with Farmington City in creating a 92’ right-of-
way for portions of Glover lane
• Coordination with Rocky Mountain Power for relocation of
power poles affected by road and school site design
• Storm drain calculations and detention basin design
