CRS was the third-party lead for this $160M design-build project. CRS coordinated 114 utility conflicts, including the design of 40 relocations prepared by third parties and designed relocation packages for 22 utilities. Design included coordinating sewer, water, electric, gas, fiber, and storm drain through a 20-feet wide pinch point. The design team prepared utility agreements and coordinated with each utility company regarding the required budget and final disposition of each utility located within the work zone. Dispositions included avoiding, protect in place, replace, extend, and relocate. CRS accomplished the work on schedule over a six-month duration.
