ACEC Merit Award winning project included permitting, wetland delineation, engineering to drain the flat site, UDOT coordination to provide transportation access via design and construction of a new frontage road, and utilities
for over 1000-feet along the front of the property before Morgan Asphalt could even move onto the site. To design and construct the frontage road, CRS acquired UDOT right-of-way and permits. The project was designed and permitted in 15 months, and construction took six months.
