Project Challenge
The intersection of College Drive and 5300 South has experienced an increase traffic load with the development of the Security National complex and additional office buildings in the vicinity. CRS worked with Murray city to prepare a conceptual layout to improve the intersection with double left turn lanes and dedicated right turn pockets. CRS prepared the Environmental Categorical Permissions document for approval by UDOT and collaborated with adjacent business owners adjacent to the intersection project.

CRS brought new innovative ideas for intersection improvements that reduced the impact to adjacent properties and improved traffic and pedestrian safety. CRS streamlined the environmental document preparation process and coordinated with property owners to engage them early in project collaboration.
