Development was proposed in a FEMA Zone A floodplain that required a conditional letter of map revision (CLOMR) approval from FEMA. Our team also obtained a joint permit from USACE Section 404 and Utah Stream Alteration. CRS provided survey of the existing channel and structures along 1-mile of the flow channel to develop the hydrologic and hydraulic analysis to supported the CLOMR. CRS improved the accuracy of the floodplain and upgraded it to a detailed Zone AE floodplain.
