Provided construction management for the trail and roadway design. Minor design occurred when unexpected utilities were discovered. CRS quickly designed solutions to mitigate challenges and keep construction on track. The construction management included inspection, testing, documentation, and close coordination with UDOT, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, and property owners affected by the construction. The project also included the realignment of one signal, and the installment of a new signal.
CRS has begun engineering design for Phase 2 of the project.
